All inductances are calculated by the "coil" program by Steve Moshier.
"coil" is significantly more accurate than most textbook formulae.
Note that some combinations of values will fail to give a result.
N-turn loop is calculated differently for N=1 than N>1.
A Frequency is needed for N=1, but is ignored for N>1.
